A great toilet that flushes well.
We have three of this model of toulet in iur home already. I was glad to find it again as we add a bathroom. I like the height of the bowl. It's high enough I find it easy to get on and off. But not so high I feel like my feet are dangling. And best of all, it flushes really well. If i were to add yet another bathroom, I'd be looking for this model again - no questions asked.
Lowes is terrible
The product was first delivered to the store in ny and not the florida address. When delivered to the fla address, they left it outside the bldg on the first floor instead of the second floor. They never notified me they were coming. The product has to be returned because it's a two part item and the pieces dont match. Lowes is now leaving it up to me to find a way to get those extremely heavy boxes to a store in fla to get my money back. I live in NY

Toilet is great, until plungr flap fail repeatedly
Bought two of these toilets 2 years ago. Last year, the flapper failed so A.S. sent me a new one for each toilet under warranty. Here it is one year later, same story again, only this time, no response from American Standard AT ALL! They know there is an issue with these toilets, they've been through multiple lawsuits, and still refuse to fix the problem. Stay away, far far away!

We have bought 5 of these through the years and 2 different homes. They flush everything! No need to flush the toilet any more after each piece of toilet paper. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that one of ours had to be replaced is that water stopped coming out of the front holes to wash the bowl. We tried everything recommended to us by the company, but had to replace it...the new replacement leaks a drop very slowly and we can't seem to get it tight enough to stop it. The comp...

terrible design. toilet runs every 5 minutes
I am a retired master plumber and I installed this in my house 8 months ago. ever since it was installed the toilet would run about every 5 to 10 minutes. I have replaced the gasket and "o" ring with official American Standard parts 3 times, the last time yesterday and it still runs. This a terrible design. I guess I'll hav eto replace with another brand.
