Good quality. Shower arm comes straight from wall
Great looking shower head and controls. This has a large shower head that really feels great. The controls are solid and also work great. The only area of caution I have is that the shower arm comes straight out of the wall. So you could end up with the shower head being too low.

Incompatible with my plumbing
During installation I realized that my Delta valve body was incompatible with the American Standard cartridge. I made several attempts to buy a different cartridge but was told I needed to replace my valve body in order for this product to work in my house. In order for that to happen a plumber would be needed and it would have cost me several hundred dollars. Therefore I was unable to install this product due to the extreme expense it would have required.

Not a good color or style
This shower head isn’t a good color to complement most interiors . It is not good in any of my applications. The shower head requires another hand held shower head to complete the rinsing process

Great change to bathroom
Great color, goes well with our bathroom! Replaced silver one with this, what an adjustment and statement! Just have to grab a tool or two to finish installation.

Black Shower Head Hardware
The shower head hardware will be installed in a shop bathroom. The quality and durability are outstanding. It has not been installed as of yet. Will follow up when hardware has been installed.

Love the finish
I love the matte finish on it. Unfortunately it shows fingerprints very easily but on the upside, it ceans easily as well. As for install, it requires a matching valve body, and is fairly straight forward.

Looks great!
Currently waiting for my contractor to install it as some tile will need to be removed. However, I love how it looks very clean and polished. It has more nozzle holes than my old shower head and I love the rain look. I am very excited to use it.

Nice looking and well made shower head
Quality items to upgrade your shower. I like how they gave a new handle and cover so that can match the shower head, too. The 90 degree shower pipe ensures this is a nice, straight downward water flow.

Love this shower attachment!
I had no idea just how awesome this shower attachment was until I got it installed! We used it in the guest bathroom and now, we use the bathroom more than the master bathroom! It looked tricky to install so we got a professional to do it but watching him, it seemed so easy! Just follow the instructions and it should only take an hour to install’
