Disfunctional on many levels

Broke after only a couple months use
Do not waste your money on this product! After only a couple months of use the diverter valve breaks and your shower will be stuck on one setting or the other. We installed this in our daughter's bathroom, she is away at college so it is rarely used. After only roughly 20 uses the diverter valve broke. After doing some research this is a known issue with this shower system. Unfortunately because we don't have documentation of installation it is not covered under their warranty even though they k...

We bought this shower head because of the pole design for the hand held. Whoever build our house thought the shower head should be way up high and it was difficult to reach for my 5'6 self to reach, and required a stool to reach if I was outside the tub cleaning it. We went for the rainfall head because it looked nice and is trendy.
