Would Not Recommend

Toilet was missing 2 parts, the wax seal and bolt kit. Neither American Standard nor Lowe’s would replace them. Was told we would have to ship unit back and get a replacement. Had already unpacked and discarded box. Have dealt with Lowe’s for years and very unhappy with this service.

The picture shows a toilet seat but one is not included. Sales person said if pictured then it is included. Also took 3 deliveries to get one that was not all broken up in pieces upon arrival at my location or at Lowe's for pick-up. Third one arrived ok at Lowe's for pick-up.
