American Standard Cadet 3 Bone Elongated Standard height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.28 GPF 2-piece Toilet

I ordered the round version of this toilet and Lowe's sent me the elongated. What I got seems to function fine, but just make sure to verify you got the right thing. I didn't realize mine was wrong until my contractor had already disposed of the packaging so it was too late to return.

Great Flush & Easy Install

This is my 3rd 1.28 gpf Cadet toilet, finally replacing the last 70s era toilet in my house. Very happy with the performance of the American Standard Cadet series. I did not realize a 0.8 gpf toilet was available when I purchased this but am still very happy with my choice. Toilet came with everything you need except the wax ring and a seat, reasonably easy to install for a 68 year old man.

Toilet is fine but was disgusting when unboxed.

installing the toilet worked out and it overall runs fine. the tank is a bit wider than I would like and it blocks the back of my toto washlet from being pushed back properly. The biggest issue was that when buying a brand new product, I don't care if it is a toilet, the packaging should at least be clean. This is second American Standard toilet in 4 years that has been shipped and arrived broken. They don’t appear to have good packing and shipping practices

Flushes like a champ but has finish issues

A few months ago, we replaced one 29-year-old 1.6 gal toilet with a white Cadet Pro 1.28 gal. Overall we are very happy with how incredibly well it flushes and how the bowl stays clean, but it has a blemish on the tank lid. A comfortable toilet with a strong simple flush

I bought this toilet because as a 5'7'' person I prefer a standard-height toilet. I've found that elongated toilets are sometimes harder to keep clean and reduce smells so I chose this round front shape. The flush is one strong simple motion and has not clogged with use.
