Majority Broken
Beautiful tile, but... Of the 10 boxes purchased, we had to return 6! In those 6 boxes, every tile was broken either on the corner or in the middle. Was not fun to take all the boxes home, then go back to the store to return 6 of them.
Beautiful and Easy
We built a 60x36 shower with these beautiful 9x12 tiles and 3x12 bullnose. They cut very easy with only a simple saw. Limited breakage that we were able to work around, didn’t have to through away or exchange anything. So cost effective and beautiful, washes up great when grouting. Just finishing up but picture attached.
PURCHASE, INSPECT, PURCHASE, INSPECT...
I'm using this as part of a master bath renovation. It will be the lower portion of the walls. (Using the subway mosaic version for the upper walls with a think black "pencil" tile between them.) The unflawed tiles are very nice. But they are packaged carelessly (the mosaic subway tiles have a piece of paper between each sheet). At worst, one of my orders was 45 tiles, 36 of which were broken, scratched or otherwise marred. As I kept picking up more tile, I now have 71 defective tiles and not en...
The tile itself is beautiful.
I had no issues with breakage during cutting. It is a less expensive alternative to marble. I am in love with the was my shower looks. My only issue was 4 out of the 6 boxes bought had to be exchanged due to broken tiles. It became a big hassle having to stop midway to return box after box of tile to complete the project. Overall I am satisfied with the look. I am not sure if I would purchase this product again just because of the pain of tile breakage.
Beautiful tile.
Looks like marble. Much more white than what appears on the web site. I originally bought the Futuro white tile. When I got it home and took it out, it was more of a light gray than white. I took it back and found 2 boxes of this by accident. Glad I did. I ordered 4 more boxes of it and it looks beautiful. I added the Allen & Roth Venatino mosaic tile as a boarder.
Makes for great bathroom floor
We purchased this tile for use in our bathroom floor. Looks fabulous! On a slight negative, we did find quite a few that were chipped. We used the chipped ones for the ones that needed to be cut. Just be careful to look at each tile before purchasing. So far we are very happy with the purchase.
Great price for consistent tile
We used this tile for our master bathroom remodel walls. Very pleased with the quality of this tile for the price. Since it is ceramic, the consistency is definitely better than true marble. Only issue we encountered was that several pieces of the tile broke in each box - so be sure to check the boxes before purchasing, or buy quite a bit extra. Lovely product for the $!
Buy extra boxes
You need to buy extra boxes because several tiles are cracked in the middle of the box. Out of three boxes, I had 22 broken tiles. How does the middle tile in a box get broken but not the tile on the outside?
