What Customers Are Saying

The product has a mixed reception, with some praising the attractive appearance but many reporting significant quality issues. Customers commonly cite the tiles arriving broken or easily cracking during installation, requiring careful sorting through multiple boxes to find enough intact tiles. There are also reports of challenges with tile spacing and alignment. While the product has the potential for an appealing backsplash, the quality control and fragility appear to be major drawbacks for many users.

Always check for broken tiles before purchase.

Would Recommend

The tiles look great after install. Some of the tiles were broken when we went to pick up the order. Your sales supervisor was kind enough to sell the broken groups of tiles at a discount. We had to buy more from another location due to limited stock and to account for the broken rows of tiles.
