Wrong item size
Tried order 4x4 tile, waited 10 days. Went to pickup, the wrong size tile was there. Saleswoman said she would cancel the wrong order(which was their mistake, I ordered correctly, they just sent the wrong size). Then told me to go home and reorder the item! No help in reordering, no “sorry” just basically, too bad, just try ordering it again. So now another 10 days and “Maybe” I’ll get the right item?? Very disappointed, it will be almost a month before I get my item, and that’s maybe!!

3/4 of case were broken had to reorder this new order (picked up in store) appears ok but its a case so will see. Its a 3 hr trip to the nearest store so very inconvenient

Nice tile
Tile came much earlier than the delivery date that was given when I ordered. The only drawback was I found a few tiles that were chipped on one edge but I was able to use them in spots where they needed to be cut.

Got Any Left Over?
Having to buy a whole box sucks! Anybody got left overs they'd like to sell? I only need about 25-30.
It would be nice if bullnose was available.
Nice tile, but a few were broken on arrival. I had to wait a full 30 minutes for them to find it at pickup.
