Don't order-highly unlikely it will ever arrive
Ordered on 11.14.24. Original delivery date was 12.4, then got pushed to 12.13, then got pushed to 12.27. On 12.26 received email confirming 12.27 delivery with expected time of arrival. On 12.27 received email stating delivery got moved to 1.14.25, 2 months after purchase, with no reasoning. Called Lowes and they could not provide any details on if/when the product would actually arrive. Ended up cancelling order because no faith it was ever going to arrive. Very disappointed.
Good door. Poor packaging
We shipped the product to the store. Our contractor pick it up and installed it. However further examination there was some knicks and the door needs to be painted. So cost us much more money than planned.

Great big door!
But exactly what I needed for my barn door . Comes with a nice white finish that really didn't need painting but I did anyway. Very heavy but we'll protected for transporting home. Windows come with film on them so if you do paint it no need to mask them off. Can't wait to get this beauty hung.

Door Damaged
The door was chipped and scratched in multiple places. It took over an hour and half to pick up the door at the store and I placed 8 phone calls prior to picking it up and was never able to reach someone in the store. Horrific experience.
