Gave one star because zero is not an option. Bought on Sept 3rd 2024, replaced motor under warranty before 1 yr. Control board went at 19 months, Paid $120 serv call, part would be $180 but there are none available. (The whole country is out) Whirlpool didn't care about my excessive problems with this unit, I now have to buy a new dishwasher, and pay removal/install. Buy something OTHER THAN a whirlpool product. (They own Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and Amana)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 13 months ago and, it works well enough. Dirty/"stuck-on' dishes & glasses, must must have "crustiness" removed before machine washing (machine doesn't scrub). Other than that, I can't knock it. Like I say ... "It works well enough".

Good Price for a base level appliance

Disappointing
This dishwasher stopped working after 14 months. Yes that is 2 months after the warranty. It would fill with water, then it would do nothing during the wash cycle and then drain. It would then repeat this. The repairman we called told me it was common for this dishwasher. He knew what it was doing prior to me telling him. The cost to fix would have been about the same as we paid for the dishwasher..... We bought a new Bosch at the recommendation of our repair guy.

the top rack stopped working
the top rack stopped working just after one year since we purchased it , the dishwasher was never drying the dishes too .

Good and Simple
