Worthless

Purchased May 17 2024. The washer worked okay at first, but like a lot of other reviews I saw on here it does not last. The washer quit draining correctly, I would always have to run the drain/spin cycle again after washing. The drum sounds like it's loose and runs noisy. The power button started sticking, the sensor quit working correctly and then completely quit working at all. Pump Problem

I had mine for about a year and a half, like others here have mentioned, before the pump started doing the trash where it just wont turn off. Checked and saw there was a recall but it was something like the model number ends in 2 where mine ended in 3 and the recall ended shortly after I found out. For about a year I would have to Fill > reset > wash > reset > rinse > reset > drain > reset > spin > complete! Yeah don't buy this washer.

Disappointed

I purchased this upgrade on July 15, 2024, because the first one I bought wasn’t worth a crap.. July 15, 2026 the tub dropped out and landed in the floor and messed up the mechanics. It can’t be fixed. I figured it cost me $250 per year. Roughly $20 per month for the life of the washer.

Worst washer ever

The washer needs to be constantly reset because it is a control board issue. Guess you get what you pay for.

I bought this in 3/23 the motherboard burned up in 9/2024 cost more to fix then purchase it. Now it's July 2026 and motherboard burnt up again. Pure junk di not buy!

Irreparable before I owned it two years

I bought a smaller Amana originally and it just wasn’t working.. I then went back and bought this larger amount. That was July 2024. I just had repair man here and he says it’s irreparable. The tub is broken loose and is sitting on the floor.. I am a senior citizen who only does one or two loads a week. I was originally replacing a 40 year-old Maytag washer that had finally worn out. It is ridiculous for a washer to break down in two years.

everything gets worse with time

I bought this "exact" same model from Amana/Admiral in July of 2012, and it worked effortlessly and without complaint until 2026, when it was finally and unceremoniously claimed by rust to the feet and dispenser. I blindly ordered a replacement without reading the reviews, and this darn thing won't even fill up with water. They took away a perfectly good "low-medium-high" option and replaced it with a sensor that won't even get all the clothes wet, much less move the soap around. You can litera...

delivery review

I wanted to write a review regarding the delivery and installation crew. it was so refreshing to encounter employees who truly believe in Customer Service. The installation was performed professionally. It was evident that they cared about what they were doing, and their care and courtesy was exemplary. I cannot thank you enough!

Frequent problems

The first issue was noticed by the 2nd or 3rd use when the detergent pod did not dissolve completely. The laundry came out with detergent streaked into some of the fabric. If it can't wash out the soap, I'm sure it can't wash out the dirt! I'm not sure why this happens, but it seems to have something to do with the water saving features. After some experimenting, I have found that my laundry is only effectively cleaned when water is on WARM or HOT, and when the water sensing features are NOT use...

Worthless

We bought this in November 2024 and it bit the dust in June 2026. Barely lasted a year and a half. Ridiculous. I may sound like a grumpy old man but I remember the days when you could buy a washer and dryer and they'd last 20 years or more. Stay away from this junk.
