At the end it really looks nice.

The Chandelier is a nice lighting fixture to look at. It was a huge undertaking to put the metal and glass pieces together. There were only 3 extra pieces and 2 were broken. I prayed I had enough so I would not have to go through the hassle of dismantling and sending back the product.

Limited Instructions, Poor quality sockets

This chandelier, while it should be relatively straightforward to install, presents major challenges. To start with, the installation instructions are severely lacking. There are a few bullet points on a third of a page. Each wire has a tag at the end indicating whether it is a hot or neutral wire. If you lose those flimsy labels, good luck figuring out what wire is what. Since they are both black, no indication whatsoever on what goes where. Bulb sockets are POORLY created. The product itself if beautiful - it is a 5 - but Lowes delivered the wrong color and it was not noticed until it was already put up. When I called customer service, they made me purchase a new one to send it to me and then I was to return the old one once the new one was installed. They sent me the wrong color AGAIN!!!! And, the correct color is out of stock now. So, I have the wrong color hanging. While the piece is GORGEOUS, Lowes dropped the ball and now I am waiting on the new one to h...

Just some minor complaints

Just few minor complaints. * Black cable running through the chain is drawing unnecessary attention and doesn't blend in. They could make it grey or transparent. * Attaching all 110 glass pieces to the frame is more work than I expected. It becomes quite heavy with all of them in place, so you need to hang it first and go up and down the ladder to attach each of them
