Huge price increase!
We have used this for almost 2 decades. However we have never seen a price increase like this year! It has increased 41% from the fall! It is a great product but definitely no longer cost effective. If you will need multiple bags....you will be better off getting it at your local Landscape yard.

Emphasize that it has nutrients in it as well.
I buy several bags of this every summer, as I'm an avid gardener and am always buying plants, shrubs, and trees. You can tell the topsoil has some nutrients in it as well, and I mix it with sand and some compost when planting plants that require good drainage.
