It didn't suck up as well as everyone had stated, and most aggravating was the cool pool it came with. The vacuum turns on the handle due to not being able to lock the pole in place tight enough. This causes the vacuum to lose suction. I got so irritated i returned this to the store.

I can't give this product a 5. The telescopic stick is as flimsy as it gets, it feels like is going to snap at any time. The suction works but the stream of water that spits out from the main body makes the debris float like glitter specially on the pool steps or against any wall. Also, this thing is not light at all, even when you have to pull it upright full or what is not light. As far vacuuming, it does the job, I needed a vacuum mainly for the pool steps and the transition between floor to ...

Incredibly good at cleaning fine stuff at the bott

We typically use our built and skimmer with the tubing to get out dirt etc, which works..Okay, it's quite the hassle, getting the tubing.And then we also waste a ton of water. This is handheld version actually works better.And it's so much easier to use and there's no water waste with it. I especially love using it on the pool steps. It’s easy to operate and required very little assembly out of the box. I would recommend!

Better for shallow pools
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe this pool vacuum is better suited for swallow, above-ground pools. It has good suction, but struggled to reach everywhere in our 8 ft deep end. It is easy to use.
