Afoxsos PW02 BHAS 36 Inch Black Aluminum Side Mount Cable Railing Post Level Drilled for Indoor Outdoor and Seaside Systems

The Afoxsos PW02 BHAS cable railing post is a 36 Inch square aluminum post with a black finish designed for side-mount installation on the side of a landing. Side mounting helps minimize the area used by the post and can make the surrounding space look wider and more comfortable. The post is described for level sections and is pre-drilled with 10 pairs of level holes helping it work on horizontal cable railing runs. It can function as both a structural end post and a middle post in level sections. The aluminum construction provides rust resistance for projects in indoor outdoor seaside or highly salty areas. Use the post as part of a compatible cable railing system with the required railing components selected for the layout. Recommended Afoxsos system combinations include cable railing kits CB05 wire rope WR19 protector sleeve CB28 adhesive sleeve CR66 angled washer CR60 stair post PW01 BBAS level post PW02 BHAS handrails HL10 BPA and handrail connectors HA01 HA02 and HA23. These are recommended product combinations; the supplied facts do not state that all listed components are included with this post. For planning a railing layout cable spacing is recommended at 3 inches to meet code compliance. The span between two structural posts generally should not exceed 4 feet to pass the 4-inch sphere test. Building requirements can differ by state so consult local building offices before constructing the system.
