Great when the heat STAYS ON more than 15 mins

We have to restart the entire unit a lot more than you'd think for only having it 2 weeks. We've read the through the manual and have done everything but call the help desk. We were so excited to use this as we enter the colder months, now I'll have to sit on hold and see if anyone can help us.

Worth the price

The ability to change the color of the cabinets and the fireplace to match the holiday season or the movie you arw watching is genious. The cabinet is strongly built, the fireplace looks very well built, and for the price, it is great. The cabinet wood looks like aged barn lumber and that is what this farm house was needing. Over all, i am pleased. It warms the room well. Over all, i am glad I bought yhis item.

Beautiful fireplace and looks great in my space!!!

Comes in two different packages.

Was shipped in 2 separate boxes and had to contact Lowes to find out where the other box was. Part was delivered on the tenth of the month and the other part on the nineteenth of the month. Lowes was great at helping track it from FedEx.

Delivery was right on time and the men that delivered my fireplace was awesome. I recommend lowes to everyone. Have not put it together as yet. I now have my fireplace put together, and I can say, I am extremely happy with the end result. The instructions were very easy to understand and went together as it was supposed to. I would recommend lowe's to anyone as they stayed right on top from the order to the delivery.I am very pleased with the way they handled things.
