Estimated delivery sept 9. No usable tracking info sent although interface said Fedex. After two calls to Lowe’s customer service i find out the company just sent the item today (sept 11) even though the tracking info they sent showed it was shipped several days ago. Now I am being told it will arrive sept. 17. Who knows when it will arrive, and if there is a problem who knows how big a pain it will be to get it fixed? Based on customer interaction i say do not buy. Hopefully it wont be damaged...
