Looks nice, missing parts, arrived chipped, other
Item arrived missing a handle, has a chipped corner and when assembled they didn't align shower head hole from the glass to the back panel. When you inserted shower arm it was putting glass in a bind when you put the shower arm thru the opening. I contacted tech support immediately on Tuesday when unit arrived. Today is Friday with no response back from Anzzi yet. Was hoping they'd replace my unit due to multiple things wrong and no response. So at this point I'm planning on returning and not b...
