Confusing

If you look at the community Q&A the company responds that the door requires 2-3/16" minimum threshold. However, when you receive the door it states in the instructions that is requires 3.15" minimum threshold. The company needs to decide which is the correct width because now i am forced to return the door.

Horrible customer service/ unacceptable delivery

The delivery company of Lowes called me and scheduled with me for the shower glass door to be delivered the following day between 11 am and 3 pm, so I took 4 hours off of work to be home to accept delivery the next day. Terriffic shower door

Just finished installing this Anzzi shower door. I am impressed with the design and engineering of this door. It was fairly easy to install and the doors slide very smoothly. Friends are impressed by the sleek looks of this door. I really like the small profile of the side frame and the vertical handles add to the sleek look. I contacted Lowe’s to cancel the order shortly after I placed the order. I spent over a hour on the phone and got transferred three times. Finally they told me they couldn’t cancel it because I asked for delivery so I had to contact the manufacture. Delivered Late, Hard to Install, but great product

I would love to give this a 5 star review because the product and price are great. I'm very satisfied with the actual quality and function. But the product was over a week late! Additionally, my contractor, who has installed hundreds of shower doors, had the hardest time with the instructions and identifying the pieces. Very disappointed

My shipment is still at a processing center. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks, they say it shipped out, that is a lie. The date of arrival is not accurate in fact except a 3 weeks delay at least. The location of the center is 10 minutes from my home. Now I have to go get it myself. The date of arrival is false. It’s not worth it.

Water leaks between shower panels

I bought this door to remodel a house. Looked great but when we sold the house the buyers had an inspection and the inspector said the water proofing seal on the panels is not big enough and there is about a 1/2 gap between panels resulting in water leaking onto the bathroom floor. Very good product at right price

Nice product but as I suspected it is not frameless. It has aluminum framing (Mat black) on the sides, bottom & top bar of course for sliding. Correct description is semi-frameless. The side gaskets which are like a bottom door dust control flap is a little clutsy as it bounces back when you close it leaving a slight open gap.
