Function as designed. Easy to install application designed for and enough for projects other than PVC.

Make sure they didn't slip a 1/2" in the box.

The clamp clamped clamp like.

Says 1 1/4" max and min size pipe, but for 1 1/2"

Purchased 4 of these for a 1 1/4 inch pipe. It clearly lists this online as 1 1/4" max and min pipe size. But it is 1 1/2" wide.

I used this split ring hanger for piping supports. Note that it does not work for all 3/4 pipe and only works fo pvc, abs, galv block iron, and cast iron piping as stated in the description.

interior measurement is much bigger

I have one inch pipes. The split ring is marked 1" but the interior measurement is 37mm = 1.46 inches... making the connection sloppy. I will have to return these. I hate having to go back to the store.

Worked for what I needed

This item worked for my very unusual application: I used it to hold the ceramic socket on a clamp light, replacing the kludgy clamp assembly. I could then screw the 3/8 threaded hole onto a 3/8 stud on a photo light tripod. Very cheap way to get a free standing light I can aim anywhere. Only problem was 1 1/4 was just a bit small for the socket, but I didn't think I could find a 1 1/2, so I just bought longer bolts.
