ACEGOSES 10-ft Steel Red Push-button Tilt Classic Patio Umbrella with Lights

The price was great for this umbrella compared to others I had looked at, and when I received it which was 2 days earlier than expected it was beautiful. The only problem I had was that the batteries were low and needed to be replaced. When i called, the rep was great and sent me a new solar panel. I love the umbrella and wish I had gotten it sooner. I highly recommend purchasing this umbrella.

Great for the price

I took a chance and absolutely love it. easy to set up, covers my picnic table which is large, and the lights are just bright enough. Only 1 month in but I bought the 3 year warranty just in case. creates a great ambient area in my very dark back yard. photos show daylight, without the lights at night and with the lights at night.

Disappointing

I bought this umbrella with the recommended base, as stated on the Lowes site. The umbrella doesn't come with the needed stand for the base that I purchased (thanks to the sites recommendations). Reached out to Lowes for help, and they weren't helpful at all. Do not purchase this umbrella expecting the stand to come with it, with the recommended base. You will not be able to use the umbrella until you purchase yet another part.

Replaced umbrella under warranty

I purchased this umbrella and while open one of the extension arms broke. I sent pictures and my order number to the company. After a couple of emails, they sent me a new umbrella under the warranty. The company made their warranty process quick and easy.

Crank Issue

I've owned 2 of these and the internal crank on both failed. For some reason it snapped or let go and the crack stop opening and retracting the umbrella. Luckily I bought the 3 year warranty on the 2nd purchase just in case. Let's see if I get a refund. Too bad too because it was good for the price to block out the sun. The solar lights weren't too bright but they did work without an issue.

Broke in less than 1 month

Loved the umbrella when we first received it. Less than a month later, the crank mechanism failed. The cord that raises and lowers the umbrella appears to have been defective and frayed. Lowe's accepted a return of the item, but we wanted a replacement. The cost to order a replacement was double what we paid for it originally and Lowes would not adjust the price, even after I called the 800 Customer Care number.
