Great Patio Umbrella!
Easy setup! The offset feature gives more space, and the canopy provides excellent sun protection. It’s easy to adjust and opens/closes with the crank. Highly recommend!
Nice Umbrella for the money. I had a piece break on the frame were the tightening screws go in frame to keep the umbrella from turning. I contacted the company and they promptly sent a new part.

missing parts
We bought the umbrella to go with our new patio furniture. When it arrived, there was no hardware for the base. I was able to contact the company, and they sent the parts right away. That's what good customer service looks like. I do wish the cuff that holds the bar was made of something more substantial and that there was a way to stabilize the umbrella from swinging freely, but so far, it's working fine

Canopy is suspended from a rope.
It provides a good shade and is adjustable. I don’t like that the canopy is free floating from a rope. You have to lower it with a slow breeze or it swings around.
It is a great umbrella
