Basic heater when it works!
Purchased on a Wednesday, installed on Friday afternoon. Worked fine until time to do the evening dishes. No Hot Water! 2nd one within a year that stopped working! Not happy with A O Smith!

There’s a lot of time and money involved in getting the necessary connections, measurements and everything else needed for installation. Then when you get it installed it’s Leaking from the bottom. Extremely frustrating, and very disappointed in A O Smith quality.
