Very easy install. Had no problems with the connectors. Have not had any leaks whatsoever. Don't try to over tighten the inlet connector and you won't have any problems. Love the fact that they give you a 90° connector, it came in handy. Only thing I would change if I could is where the mounting screws go. Not too tough to get a screwdriver on them, but they could design it a little differently.

I purchased this product today as I need an alternative for my existing water filter. This looked to be an upgrade in every way that is until I attempted to install it. The threaded part that connects to my plumbing is plastic. Needless to say the threads disappeared like butter on a hot biscuit. Now I’m left with a useless piece of trash that I’m sure I can’t return

There's only a 3/8" connector
The product had only one style of connector to the sink. Mine requires a 3/4" on both ends. I had to return it.
