What Customers Are Saying

The patio furniture set offers an attractive rattan design with a lightweight, modular configuration. Customers appreciate the easy assembly and flexible arrangement options. However, some report issues with the quality and durability of the cushions, which are described as thin, uncomfortable, and prone to staining. A few also received damaged or incomplete parts, leading to frustration during assembly. While considered a good value by some, others feel the low-quality materials make it a poor long-term investment requiring additional spending on replacements.

Great quality patio set!

Would Recommend

I’ve been looking for a patio set furniture for my brand new backyard and when I saw this set I thought it would match with the design and colors of the pergola and house and I wasn’t wrong, I am very happy with how it looks and the quality of the material is outstanding. Very easy to assemble, it took us (my husband and I) about 4 hours to put it together, the instructions were very easy to follow and all the tools that you need are included in each box which is very helpful, another thing to m...

Not Waterproof or resistant

Would Not Recommend

This is a nice patio set but it is NOT water resistant as the seating is always wet. We now have to purchase a cover for all of it.

Feels cheap. Not enough cushion. Long assembly.

Would Not Recommend

Product takes quite a bit of time to assemble. Also was missing pieces inside the box. Reached out to customer service with Lowe’s, they just told me to email the manufacturer, which is a Chinese company, whom hasn’t responded. It’s been over a week.
