Customers will receive a call to verify product/delivery details, standard lead time for delivery is 3-5 business days
Loose product will be delivered via commercial dump truck on a hard surface (concrete, asphalt, paver, gravel, etc.) .
Because the compost is sourced locally, natural variations in color, particle size, and texture may occur and may differ from the product shown in photos.
Customer approval required prior to delivery if any additional charges are required.
Customer should expect a brief order verification email after order has been placed; A follow up call will be made if there are concerns with the order, driveway, or additional freight charges.
Please note: all delivery recipients are required to complete/sign our damage waiver at or before time of delivery.
