This is a great product . Works quickly to melt ice without potentially harming our pets or concrete driveway or sidewalks. This product was not shipped very well as the shipper neglected to tape container shut and thus the contents came out of bottle and was all over the inside of the box . The container dispenser is very handy when the product is in the container. This product is better than others as it meets my maximum lifting limitations as where a 40 pound bag is too much for me to lift, ...

Lowe's sent me a damaged container of ice melt. It was boxed up already broken. I am really disappointed. The product was inside a plastic bag with a damaged cap and ice melt loose in the bag. All of this was placed in a perfect, undamaged box and shipped to me.
