Dropped it in my new pond and nothing happened for first couple of weeks. I was skeptical but now I have 3 lily pads so this looks like it will soon be the siZe of a pond plant I bought at a nursery forntwice the cost. Plus I’ll have flowers!

I bought some 20 of these in the spring. Four different colors. 18 of them came up, about 1 month later. They are all still thriving now - in early October. Hope most of them come back next year. You can see them on my website - www.southridgewest.com. Very happy with this product. This year is the first year where muskrats haven't eaten my pond out yet. Seems my outdoor cats are keeping the muskrats from coming back.

Bought two types - neither one grew.

I bought two of these about a month ago. One was the Nymphaea Alba and the other was the Nymphawa Sioux. The instructions on the container was simple enough - it even starts out with "Simple and easy to grow!". I have a small creek on my property which flows into several small pools about 8-10' across, so it would be a perfect situation for water lilies - just enough fresh water and sun for a water garden. White Water Lilly

I planted a white, red and yellow water lily in the bottom of my pond in pond soil I also purchased at Lowes. (I removed them fom there containers). The first year they all bloomed. But since then only the white has survived and flourished. My pond is now covered with beautiful white lillies. :)
