ISLAND FEATURES - The MAi805-BSSBEVDR Mont Alpi 805 black series 157"W x 23"D x 46"H premium outdoor kitchen island with 44"W 6-burner grill arrives almost fully assembled and gets large soft closing drawers right underneath your grill for extra storage and easy access, a left cabinet with infrared side burner and pull out propane tank holder, a right cabinet with storage space, a beverage center 2.7 cu ft glass door refrigerator with faucet & sink combo module, white granite countertops, plus gliding castor wheels and leveling feet for easy maneuverability and increased stability.
GRILL FEATURES - The black stainless steel 44-inch barbecue gas grill features 6 tubular stainless steel high efficiency burners with a rear height-adjustable ceramic infrared rotisserie burner that produces a whopping 115000 BTU’s of heat output plus the grill also features a stainless steel warming rack, 8mm stainless steel cooking grids and flame tamers / heat plates with generous cooking area of 38-inches x 18-inches (990 square Inches of total cooking area including the side burner) with the back side of the grill fully covered with appropriately placed vents and holes for power cords to go through.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES - A double lined grill hood with temperature gauge is standard for maximum heat retention plus the grill has two cooking surface halogen lights, on/off red/blue changing control knob lights, a bottle opener, electronic ignition, and easy access full front pull-out grease tray for easy cleaning as well as a faucet & sink with the left cabinet featuring a 16" x 14" ceramic infrared side burner for added cooking versatility

NATURAL GAS CONVERTIBLE - Although this grill comes with a propane hose and regulator as it comes ready for propane use, it can be easily set up for conversion into the more environmental-friendly natural gas, providing another convenient source of heat without the hassle of replacing propane tanks with the propane and natural gas orifices installed, you simply need to remove the propane orifices on each burner and use the natural gas hose and regulator that comes with the kit (conversion kit sold separately)
