Instructions: (1) With the garbage disposal turned OFF turn ON water until it gets to a warm temperature, (2) when water is warm turn ON disposal and let warm water run to break up any loose food scraps for up to one minutes, (3) turn OFF disposal with warm water still running and drop pod into garbage disposal drain or across the cross-bars of the kitchen sink, (4) let warm water run at a trickle to normal sized stream into drain over pod to allow pod material to disintegrate, exposing the biological powder for up to one minute (DO NOT OPEN POD BY HAND), (5) turn OFF water and allow biological powder to breakdown soap scum, food and other types of build-up for at least one hour before using disposal drain
