Intricate textures and unique style fill out these 2 hand-woven, large, round, amphora-shaped storage baskets. these round baskets are handmade from thick white cotton ropes covered in beige and black mesh, then intricately woven into a diagonal weave pattern, creating a beige and gray chevron design block on one side of the body, a solid beige block of color on the opposite side, and a striped pattern around the rim. The checkered, chevron pattern on these cotton baskets look like wheat beige and dark gray from afar, but up close you can see their hues are achieved through very fine textured beige and black mesh over the white cotton.
