Bifold Barn Doors

Bifold barn doors have a design like standard bifold doors. Bifold barn doors are hanging doors that fold while pivoting on the hangers that support them on a rail. They’re a good option if you don’t have the free wall space necessary to open standard barn doors but want the decorative look that hanging doors offer. Follow the instructions for your bifold barn door kit, but in general you’ll:
1. Install the door track.
2. Install the hinges on the doors.
3. Install the connecting hardware on the tops of the doors.
4. Install the fixed and pivot hangers on the track.
5. Connect the hangers to the doors.
6. Mark and install the bottom pivot points on the bottom of the doorframe.
