Easy Ways to Clean Your Bathroom

Remove all bath mats, trash cans and other items from the floor area. It’s a good time to wash your mats so they’ll also be clean when you place them down on your freshly mopped floors.

Be sure to get into corners and against the baseboards, where dirt can collect.

Leave the floor cleaner on the bathroom floor for a few minutes to loosen dirt and work on any stains that may be present.

If necessary, rinse your mop and go over the floor once more to ensure a good cleaning. You can let the floor air dry or use an old towel to speed up the drying and leave a nice shine.

Spray the exterior of the toilet with the disinfectant. Use the scrubber sponge to clean the toilet. Be sure to clean the base and floor area around the toilet.

Use disinfecting wipes to wipe down the toilet seat, including the underside and the toilet seat lid. Discard the dirty wipes in the trash.

Rinse the tub or shower walls with warm water. Mix 3/4 cup of bleach with 1 gallon of warm water.

Wipe down the shower walls, floor and tub surfaces with the mixture and wait about five minutes for the solution to work.

Rinse all areas with warm water to remove the bleach mixture. Your tub or shower should be clean and disinfected.
