A Mocktail or Cocktail Cart
If you're hosting a brunch, bridal or baby shower, a mocktail or cocktail cart is a must. For our bar cart, we decided to go with a Festive Citrus theme.
First, let's start with the garland. String bunches of live seeded eucalyptus with fishing line and intersperse slices of orange throughout. On the top shelf, transfer cartons of peach juice, strawberry lemonade and orange juice to glass bottles. Then line an orange melamine tray with ramekins of fresh fruit as a garnish.
If you'd like to turn your mocktail to a cocktail, add an ice bucket filled with champagne or prosecco on the bottom shelf. For a fun twist, fill small balloons with water and drop a single bloom inside. Then put them in the freezer. A few hours later, cut away the balloon and you'll have beautiful floral ice balls to decorate the top of the ice bucket.
