- Purchase your product online at Lowe’s.
- Add a Lowe’s Protection Plan to your product.
- Purchase eligible maintenance items and parts that help keep your product running like new. Then submit your request for 50% reimbursement.
To submit a request, visit lowesprotect.com, click "File a Claim," and follow the instructions. You’ll receive your reimbursement via email in the form of a Lowe’s Protection Plan Replacement Card, which can be used in-store or on Lowes.com.
