What will happen to my old appliances?

Our installer will remove your old appliance from its installed location and, if haul away isn’t selected, relocate it to a designated spot within your home. Full haul-away service is available for an additional fee.

What if I only want my appliance delivered, not installed?

We offer delivery-only options for your appliance. During the checkout process, simply select the Delivery Only option, and our team will bring the appliance to the room of your choice without performing the installation. Please note: Delivery-only service doesn’t include installation, removal or setup of the appliance.

What happens during a pre-site inspection?

During the pre-site inspection, the installer will measure your space and evaluate plumbing, electrical and structural conditions to confirm the appliance can be installed safely and properly. If you have a built-in appliance, trim may need to be removed to fully assess the installation area. Any changes in appliance size or installation type typically require this inspection.

What if I need multiple appliances installed?

Multiple appliances can be installed. Additional charges may apply, depending on the scope of work. Our team will help you bundle and schedule your installs.

Schedule Installation

Once the installer has completed the inspection, your product will be shipped to the installer.

Installation Day

You’ll be contacted one day prior to your scheduled installation day as well as the day of installation.
