Installation

Installation is completed by a qualified third-party professional, requires an appointment and must be purchased.

Installation includes:

  • Connection of the appliance to an existing water source
  • Leveling and testing of the appliance to ensure it’s connected properly
  • Connection of anti-tip bracket, if included
  • Basic product demonstration and testing of the appliance to ensure proper connection
  • Relocation of an old freestanding appliance within the same residence (reconnection not included)

Haul Away

  • Appliance haul away refers to the removal and disposal of old appliances.
  • Haul away is an additional cost during an appliance purchase. Just add haul away at checkout.
  • Appliance haul away or relocation must be one for one.
  • You must uninstall, empty and unplug appliances for haul away prior to the delivery team’s arrival, unless you purchased installation.
  • We won’t haul away a dishwasher if it’s still connected or a gas appliance if it’s still connected in a non-gas market.

Please Note: Product may be refused for haul away due to safety reasons, such as pest infestation. If a service call is required due to haul away and isn’t completed, the same restrictions apply as for normal deliveries.
