Amazing Features!!
I bought this about 1 month ago and could not be happier. The set up was very easy, I was able to set it up myself in about 30 mins. I love that it works with both Apple Home kit and Amazon Alexa.

Best money spent to save money
Ecobee is easy to setup. If you are unsure what you are doing, they have an app that walks you through everything. Still if you are unsure the customer service is top notch and will get you through the setup process with ease. They will walk you through the setup start to finish, then test the system to ensure all functions of your thermostat are working, help you setup a schedule (even explain the schedule to you). Nest to Ecobee Convert
I purchased the Ecobee Premium last week to replace my Nest Generation 2. I'm happy with the purchase overall. Installation was very easy. The thing I really like are "Comfort Settings." You set a home, away, sleep (or anything you want) comfort setting and then apply that to a day/time of the week. So, if you want to change your sleep temperature, you only need to change the "sleep comfort setting." No need to modify the schedule for every day of the week. Smart thermostat - smart move
My old thermostat would react slowly changes and produce large temperature swings (~5 degrees) over long periods. This ecobee thermostat is agile, creating small temperature changes over short periods to keep the temperature moderation small (~2 degrees). Ecobee is good not yet great
Had ecobee in my old home and upgrade my current home to ecobee after google planned to sunset my existing one. I miss the integrated switches from my old ecobee home. They don’t make the switch anymore and makes it more important to buy their own sensors despite having sensors all over the home that are signed, WiFi, Bluetooth and IFTT. Please integrate or make something that affordable.

Ecobee Premium- Great thermostat
Had this thermostat installed two weeks ago with new Carrier HE heatpump. I also have a gas furnace as auxiliary heating. Thermostat works great, is easy to configure and I have since added an Ecobee doorbell camera where the thermostat also acts like a hub for security. Overall great features and very intuitive to use.

I've owned Ecobee products for several years now, and have recently added a premium thermostat, door sensors, and doorbell camera to my cabin. They make the setup so simple, high quality products, and the ease of use is fool proof. I would recommend to anyone interested in a Smart Thermostat.
