Never buy anything at Lowe's without inspecting it
There was an area on the panel that was not painted. Contacted Lowe's who contacted manufacturer about getting touch up paint. Manufacturer said they wanted vanity returned. This is ridiculous especially since the sink and vanity had already been connected to plumbing by contractor. When we wanted to purchase vanity at Lowe's we requested associate to open box so we could inspect item to make sure it was okay. Little Beauty
I love this little vanity. I wanted it for a half bath that was supposed to be plumbed for a pedestal sink but the plumbing was done incorrectly for the pedestal. I was thrilled when I found out that I could now have this little beauty in my new home!

Damaged and Poor Customer Service
Item came damaged. Initially customer service was helpful to facilitate a replacement and sympathic to the impact of having to cancel my bathroom contractor. The replacement was an excessive time for delivery - to which i had to take off another day of work. I was promised compensation for the issue, but upon contacting customer service again, it was over 2hrs of being on hold, disconnected, tranferred, promised calls back with none occuring. Defective on Arrival
The vanity arrived with a defective hinge. One of the door hinges is not attached to the vanity. A store associate advised us to call ALLEN + ROTH customer service. The customer service agent said she couldn't help us ... and we'd need to return the vanity to the store. We are unable to do that!
