The design makes installation horrible.

I've changed dozens of light fixtures and this was among the most difficult. Bought the single pendant light. The way the canopy attaches to the mounting bar via two long downward facing screws interferes with how the mounting bar itself attaches to the junction box in your ceiling. The downward facing screws are too long. So when the lock washer and spherical nut are added and tightened all the way, the whole thing hangs down and has an ugly gap between the ceiling and canopy. Nobody at Lowes Customer Service was able to assist me with purchasing replacement globes. Extremely disappointing with the lack of knowledge from Lowes phone staff. I had to purchase and entire new lamp to obtain one globe.

Minor difference

I purchased 3 of these. One box was different, but all lights looked the same. Contractor began installing and realized the light in the different box had different fasteners for the plate. He put the different one in the middle and I am OK with it. But, someone else might not be and if a change is made in the product, old and new shouldn't be shipped together. Still extremely pleased, but double check before installing.

Neat light, lots of wire for hanging lights .

Needed a new light for our kitchen, til the light came in for our ceiling fan. To much wire had cut the wires attached to lights in order to be hung from ceiling!

Great customer service

We have had this fixture for over 5 years and it's beautiful and we have loved it. We broke a glass shade, and just emailed regarding the model B10005 and glass shade part number GSB10005 and was able to quickly order and receive a replacement. Amazing product and great/speedy customer service! Very impressed

Great look but some flaws

A FEW CONS: - Mounting brackets that were in the package were A). Not like the ones the instructions pictured and B). Did not work because of the holes for the screws. Screws interfered with each other. After much frustration we made another trip to the hardware store to get new brackets that would work. - the screws provided are super long and we have very short boxes. Luckily we noticed this right away and grabbed some #8-32 1" screws when we were at the store that did the trick. - because of ...

No replacement glass shades available

The product looks nice and well made. I broke one of the glass covers and was unable to get a replacement. This is a Lowes brand and they carry other replacement covers, but not this one so I had to buy a whole new unit.

Nice light, but needs improvement

The lights are very pretty and stylish. My only complaint is that if you break a globe, you cannot replace that you have to buy an entire new light which can get rather pricey.

Very disappointed

It took me 3 locations over 3 days to get this light at the price that was listed, rather than the full price they wanted to sell it to me for. Apparently Lowe’s only price matches other companies, not their own 🤔. When I finally got it home, my brother and I fought for 3 hours to install it. Come to find out… one of the bulb sockets is defective. 7 out of 8 light up. What a joke

Lots of Cutting and Splicing

This fixture was something that my wife picked out for our new home. Once I took it out of the box I knew it was going to be complicated. I will preface this by saying, unless you have 20 foot ceilings, you do not want to purchase this item. Each of these 8 separate lights comes with 72 inches of cord. To shorten the cord, the directions state simply to loosen the locking nut and "feed" the cord up until you get the desired length. With an 8 foot ceiling I only needed 3 feet to dangle above my d...
