Nobody at Lowes Customer Service was able to assist me with purchasing replacement globes. Extremely disappointing with the lack of knowledge from Lowes phone staff. I had to purchase and entire new lamp to obtain one globe.

Neat light, lots of wire for hanging lights .
Needed a new light for our kitchen, til the light came in for our ceiling fan. To much wire had cut the wires attached to lights in order to be hung from ceiling!

We have had this fixture for over 5 years and it's beautiful and we have loved it. We broke a glass shade, and just emailed regarding the model B10005 and glass shade part number GSB10005 and was able to quickly order and receive a replacement. Great light and Customer service
I had these lights for a couple years and absolutely love them. We decided to change pink colors and we broke one glass piece. Call the customer service number in the Q&A section and sure enough they sent us out to replacement for free! You can’t ask for any better service on a light owned for that long and from a big box store. Will buy from Allen + Roth again

Very disappointed
It took me 3 locations over 3 days to get this light at the price that was listed, rather than the full price they wanted to sell it to me for. Apparently Lowe’s only price matches other companies, not their own 🤔. When I finally got it home, my brother and I fought for 3 hours to install it. Come to find out… one of the bulb sockets is defective. 7 out of 8 light up. What a joke

Finished Product Looks Great
Once installed, the finished product looks really good. I did run into a couple of minor issues. First off, the mounting bracket supplied is pretty limited in its use. Because the screws that the canopy attaches to are SO TIGHT to the slot for the screws that mount the bracket to the outlet box, there was no way to use the bracket unmodified. The "channel" in the molded plastic outlet box that you need to screw the bracket into blocked the canopy screws from fitting up into the outlet box. A mor...

Lots of Cutting and Splicing
This fixture was something that my wife picked out for our new home. Once I took it out of the box I knew it was going to be complicated. I will preface this by saying, unless you have 20 foot ceilings, you do not want to purchase this item. Each of these 8 separate lights comes with 72 inches of cord.
