STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

This set is all looks and nothing else! Stay far away, don't know where to begin. The workmanship is horrendous, welds are sloppy and extend into the threaded openings making it impossible to screw in half the bolts. The screws that do go in make it halfway then stop, my guess some of the welds fell into the threads. I spent 45 minutes assembling one chair when it should have taken 15 minutes. Super difficult to assemble!

I saw this beautiful set last year and knew I wanted it! Waited and purchased it this year, however it wasn’t available in any of my stores so I had to buy online. My problem was that the chairs were a nightmare to put together! I probably had to take the first chair apart two times because the holes were not matching up with the screws. When I could finally get the screws to match up they would not screw in because there were pieces of metal in the hole preventing them to be screwed down..... e...

Came with no hardware or instructions.

My review is more for Lowe's customer service and the company that produces the chair than the product itself, which came with no hardware, screws or instruction booklet. When I tried to contact Lowe's customer service, it took me a great deal of time to get through, and they basically told me quite brusquely that there was nothing they could do except return the product, given that it was the last one in the store. Their tone was short-tempered and curt and makes me not want to do business with...

Awesome materials, Poor Execution

Loved the all aluminum construction, Sumbrella fabric, powder coating, and comfort of the piece. However, when we opened the box, (packaging was good, everything was well protected.) we noticed the extremely poor build quality. Working with Aluminum takes great skill, and unfortunately, the employee who did the work was not particularly skilled. Great purchase...

Read the reviews about poor quality and poor welds but don't find any issues on our set. It is sturdy, beautiful, exactly as it is portrayed. Patio furniture is so expensive but this set is reasonable considering. We have the love seat, 2 chairs and coffee table. Someone said the pillows get very wet in the rain...duh, they are fabric. Was delivered already assembled

I saw this beautiful set last year and knew I wanted it! Waited and purchased it this year, however it wasn’t available in any of my stores so I had to buy online. Disappointed!

This set is gorgeous, but has issues and I would not recommend for a out door setting. First issue is that you cannot leave the cushions out when it rains, they all become extremely waterlogged. Second is the welds on the set are horrible. lastly the paint on our set is then in areas and in some spots rust is showing and this is after just one summer. If I could take it back, I definitely would. we paid full price for this set, and makes me sick when I look at it!

Well made sturdy chairs

Both the chairs and cushions are high quality. The chairs have generous width and depth to allow all to find comfort in these chairs. The cushions are Thick with Sunbrella brand fabric coverings. The white finish appears durable and easy to clean. A vast improvement over our smaller wicker style chairs. We acquired another set of cushions to have a different color as they only had the chair set in blue when we bought them. Very pleased with the chairs.

Some assembly required

I've been looking at this piece for a while and with the rebate going on decided good time to buy. Used the free delivery. The crew was very polite and cut open the box for me. Directions pretty good. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, the allen wrench that was included was pretty flimsy. They must recognize that because they included 2 in the package.

Powder coating marks up quickly

I purchased 3 sets of these Alan and Roth white patio furniture yesturday. Notice powder coating offers no protection from marks they stain up quickly. I would have liked better paint. They also feel very small no made for large adults. The swivel chairs don't rock freely like others. They only positive thing is that they are aluminum and nice style.
