Chair is great, no issues there. But holy moly, this thing is heavy as all get out. I was trying to move it from the top of my subaru forester and as it was coming down on me I lost my grip and the entire box fell. I was pinned to the asphalt for over three hours until my neighbor heard my screams and picked the box up off of my limp body. Other than that no problems.
Poor Management
We purchased this item and others at Lowe’s on Lake Joy in Warner Robins Ga. On 5/4/25 and have not received it yet. They tell us that it is in stock but every time they tell us it will be delivered it doesn’t show up. We have had bad experiences with this Lowe’s before. Poor Management.
Comfortable and stylish
So incredibly happy with my new Allen & Roth Planters Ridge patio set. First off I really like that you could order additional items from the collection to configure your area. Overall assembly of the loveseat and table did not take long at all I would say max 30 minutes all tools are included. The chairs are absolutely perfect, they give a generous seat area and seat the cushions are nice and firm but not too hard very thick and lush feeling. Loveseat and Table for Two
After a struggle with assembly of the loveseat I can say I am very impressed with the comfort, look, and feel of this furniture set. Both loveseat and table required some assembly. The loveseat is composed of two components: the base and the seat. These parts and the cushions came well protected with cardboard, zip ties, and foam padding. When fitting the seat to the base I ran into difficulty aligning the bolts with the mounting holes. The Instructions estimated assembly time to take 30 min...
Went together easily. Looks great on our porch! Just waiting to see how it holds up long term! The matching gliders we ordered were missing the hardware package (and quoting 2 months to send a new package). So unfortunately we're waiting to see how it all comes together.
Very Smooth Assembly, High Quality
I received the Pointer Ridge set of Loveseat and coffee table in a huge box. It was very well packaged to avoid any damage. There were 3 pieces to the table assembly which was a breeze. The love seat had basically two pieces that needed to be screwed together with an Allen Wrench. They also include screw caps so you do not see the screws. A nice extra perk. Sturdy set easy assembly!
Very satisfied and happy with our purchase. The 2 cushion wicker “love seat” came in one large box and was in 2 pieces. Assembly was very easy for both the table and love seat, we had no issues. Cushions are sturdy, yet soft and comfortable. Nice addition to our patio!

First of all, I ordered the furniture on Sunday, and it arrived on Monday! The delivery was perfect and everything was boxed nicely. The furniture is very well made. It's actually much prettier in person than on the website. The assembly was really fast and easy. I'm so pleased with everything. I can't think of one thing that would be a negative. I was also looking at a similar set on Wayfair, but decided to go for better quality, and I'm really glad I did.

Damaged before loading
The warehouse assembled a clearly damaged product (table) and forced the delivery carrier to send it to us it to us rather than replacing it. I had to call the store and suggest they give us the undamaged floor model as it was already out of stock. This is silly and wasted my time!!

Weak link of the set
These came with two swivel rockers and compared to them these were slighty disappointing. Two of the hex screw that hold the top to the base of the love seat actually three of four would not tighten all the way before the hardware stripped out, not wanting to be different all of the screw on the table were difficult with one not tightening all the way. I will figure out a bolt and nut solution for the love seat and then it should be good to go. The over all quality and look are otherwise grea...
