Nice chair but….

Nice chair but like other reviewers, the spring is installed incorrectly. I was hoping this would have been corrected after all the reviews but no. I took a chance but I knew from what other said this could be a problem. Fixed it ourselves per other reviewers which fixed the forward tilt and it now rocks. Super chair

I love these chairs. Once I made the simple adjustment, they have worked great! We get a lot of sun in our backyard…plus we live in the south! I like that the arms and back don’t get real hot from the sun! It’s easy to get out of the pool and sit right down! The seats repel water which is also a great feature! Not at all disappointed in my purchase!

Assembled wrong but easy fix

These chairs are awesome- once you fix the assembly error. I bought these for 75% off - assume due to the leaning forward complaint raised by others. Whomever assembled them at the factory wedged the leaf springs between the frame when assembling. I unbolted and reassembled as intended with the leaf springs under the frame yielding a great patio set perfectly level as intended. Took 20 minutes to solve. The chairs are nice and comfortable.

The chairs are nice and comfortable. I had the same problem as other reviewers. One of the chairs had the spring installed incorrect and because of that the chair didn't move at all. I checked the reviews and saw the comments of other people with the same problem and that's how my husband fix it. I didn't want to returned them because I really like them.

Order arrived 3 dates & 3 shipments

I like the color and they were on the easy side to assemble. I did think they would have been a little larger and more sturdy. I can see after some use they will probably become wobbly. We actually purchased the table as well and it had some damage. Not enough to hassle with trying to return.

Chairs do not work

No assembly instructions were included, and it doesn't appear that any parts are missing. The chair itself tilts down toward the ground, as if you are sliding off of it. The description says "swivel and rocker motion" however there is no rocking motion whatsoever. We have tried to contact Lowe's multiple times about this, and no one can solve it for us. We are out $700 for chairs that don't even work.

bad factory mistake

The chairs are really cute and exactly what we needed but my husband and father in law had to rebuild them as they were incorrectly built in the factory. The mount for the swivel was on backwards, so the chairs tilted forward. After they took the chair apart and rebuilt it, they sat properly.

Not comfortable

I love this set, however, the chairs tip forward and are very low to the ground. They need an extra cushion to be at table height. Add to this the breaking table and it's a bummer.

Chairs manufactured incorrectly

They sit as if they are pushing you off the chair. The angle of the chair is not correct for sitting. Assembly consists of just dropping the chair into the base so it has to be at the manufacturer. I did take the base apart and move spacers around in an attempt to level it, that helped but does not fix the problem.
