Poor Workmanship

This product could have been GREAT... but do to poor quality control it is not worth buying. 1. The door does not line up to the magnets and will not stay closed. 2. The weld on the legs is to high and the legs will not set flat when installed. 3. The screw that holds the door knob onto the door is to long and will not tighten to the knob. Good at sale price, not worth full price.

Relatively quick assembly procedure. Cover is flimsy but should last a year or two if we're lucky. Factory-assembled heat-shield was mounted with only 3 bolts, 4th bolt was present but lacking a nut. Swinging door and/or adjacent base sections warped such that only 1 of 2 magnetic door retainer components makes contact with the door; this has not caused an issue to date. Very nice fire pit.

It is very attractive and is a substantial fire pit, not flimsy. It was fairly easy assembly but much easier with two people. My only complaint is that the door doesn’t line up and close firmly as the frame is bent a little. Only one of the two magnetic closures makes contact. Otherwise it’s a great fire pit. I admit I haven’t lit it yet as I haven’t yet gotten a propane tank.

Assembly required, but pretty sturdy.

Easier assembly than the chairs/table and sofa/table combos I purchased that matched. When I went to tighten it all up, the pieces don't really align well. The swinging door won't latch or line-up properly. Still, a great outlet-priced banger unit for my children and dogs to slowly destroy. Comes with a cover to slow that process.

Nice Addition to Patio

Followed the directions to put together. Had no issues. As stated in directions, the key is not to tighten the bolts until after the panels tank holder is on. Live on the coast of Florida, so will have to see how well it stands up to salt air. At half off, the price was right. Have enjoyed it so far.

Item went together easily and everything lined up however I cannot find where to buy the natural gas conversion kit. The tag on the table says only is kit PN FHTS80121 but this does not come up in a google search or the lowes website.

Great value and good looking

This is a great looking fire table that has a good output for the flame. It’s tall enough to use as a cocktail table. Our first one arrived damaged but Lowe’s was amazing and shipped out a new one right away.

Make sure everything comes with the product

The only thing that makes this a 3 star is that it did not come with the nylon cover that it was supposed to come with…in my opinion…the most important piece

You get what you pay for

The directions need some improvement. It’s kinda difficult to put together. The delivery process needs some fine tuning. The system lacks communication

Missing components

No hardware or instructions included. Called and have to wait 7-14 days for the package and request a manual online.
