Lowes Order Process is Horrible

Ordered 4 bookcases. When ordered says will arrive 3 Jan 24. Check status on 3 Jan 20 and it says delayed. No new arrival estimate. Called Lowes, was told its being picked for shipping. I said how long has it been being picked? Answer, 4 days. When when it arrive? We don't know. Can I cancel the order? No, its being picked. How long will it take before its actually shipped? Don't know. So, I guess I just give you my $500+ dollars and if I don't receive it in 8-12 months I call you back? This ...

It was a challenge to assemble by myself. I chipped a few places where the wood dowels were inserted and flexed a bit trying to align during assembly. It fits the space and fills the need envisioned. It looks nice when all is done.

I looked for a ladder bookcase/desk system that i could use as a vanity/ desk that matched the style and colors I wanted especially that wasn’t thousands of dollars. Instructions were easy to follow, nothing was damaged. My 12 year old helped me put it together. I can’t recommend this and the matching shelf enough!

Worst furniture I've attempted to assemble

When you buy furniture you at the very least expect to be able to assemble it, even if it is cheaply made. However, this company can't seem to provide the correct hardware to accomplish this. Literally step number 1, and I have to buy new hardware to put this desk together.
