Nice Accent for wall!

I recently painted my wall with a light ocean grey and this little light cover fits with the color. What I like is the satin nickel finish. I have satin nickel on my other fittings for the cabinets and doors so having this for the light switch adds a much needed smooth look throughout the room. The cover doesn't have scratches or other deformities that could detract from the look. Functional and looks good

This is a nice wall plate if you're looking to go with a basic black appearance. The metal plate is finished in a smooth, consistent flat black with matching screws. This fits a single pole light switch. Installation is a breeze; however, I highly recommend this be used with black or dark brown light switch and a white switch. See my photos for use with a dark brown light switch.

Unusually Sturdy Switch Plate

I must say, the first thing that struck me about this switch plate is how heavy it was. I thought they sent me two or three of them at first. But no, it's just super heavy as switch plates go. If this house ever crumbles to the ground, I think this plate will be the last thing standing. It's also nicely finished and doesn't scream CHEAP when you put it on the wall, like many metal switch plates do. This one has a bit of class. All in all, quite a nice switch plate. This satin nickel switch plate is of high quality heavy guage metal. It has a high glossy sheen finish which is attractive and easy to clean. It fits a standard toggle light switch as a cover plate. I used this to replace a plastic one that was in my garage. I feel that the metal plate is more safe in a garage environment and it certainly blends in with the garage environment.
