Step 1. Attaching the mounting bracket to the box, perfect. Step 2. Attaching fixture to mounting bracket, COMPLETE FAILURE OF DESIGN. Step 3. The light is approx $100.00 and for that you get in my opinion a $40.00 fixture. One of the two I purchased was returned to stock and after my install I expect they got frustrated and opted for their money back instead of chucking it against the garage. The key detractors are: 1. Instead of the common mounting keyhole insert and twist they have another bracer to screw over the J-box. The holes provided to secure to the J box (Diagram side view only) are not milled to spec. for an "old work...

My mom picked this light for a corner bedroom for a remodel we are doing. Once installed I honestly thought my mom accidentally picked up an outdoor porch light. I looked at the box and it indicates flush mount ceiling fixture. It looks like an outdoor light because it has insulation with silver foil that shows thru the glass, not to mention the tacky labels on the light sockets visible as well. I am going for a farmhouse industrial look for my home. I needed a new kitchen light and thought this would be perfect. Once it was installed, I was so disappointed on the look of it. Instead of the aged bronze finish covering the top of the fixture, it’s covered with foil that is visible through the glass? As well as on the bulbs, you can see the instructions of watts needed. Perfect size for foyer
Overall great foyer light however description on the oiled bronze said 2 60 watt bulbs needed. When I installed it it only can take 2 40watt bulbs. Big difference for me so it’s a bit dimmer. Going to get LED bulbs and try them but for now just a bit dimmer than I am used to. Other descriptions online in this same light have correct info but of course I read the one and bought the one that was wrong.

Visible Foil Top Makes Light Cheap Looking
The top of the light has a sloppy layer of foil covering insulation. The foil is visible! Look of the light would be great but the visible foil top makes the light look so cheap. Foil does not completely cover insulation on certain edges too, which makes it look even worse. Extremely disappointed, especially for the price point
Great light with 1 flaw
This light is easy to install, attractive and all around great. The only thing that I really don’t like (and, for me, it’s a big one) is that the silver installation disk is visible inside the lamp. Very visible! It cheapens the look a bit IMO. Other than that I really like it, but the disk showing through so much may cause me to take it back.
