I bought this lamp when opened the box to install it was damage, when to the store, returned and got another one, ask the store representative if I could open it there to make sure was ok and the answer was no, the package is seal no need. Well got home to open another damaged feature. Two trips of more than half hour and still no light. Frustrating

Why is it so hard to get an answer?
I received an email that my order had been delivered, complete with a photograph of some unrecognizable home. It was not my home. I didn't receive the order. had to return first light as one socket was very crooked where it was welded. second light was also crooked for one socket but not as bad. the way the silver cap screws against the glass is not designed well as it doesn't center on its own. the round center base is the same size as round outlet

I was able to bend it into alignment.
The fixture plate sent for this light is such that the offset of the fixture from the wall depends on the depth of your outlet. If your outlet is at all proud of the wall, the fixture will not seat against the wall. Also, the individual lights were not aligned as in the picture. You need to do that manually. Otherwise all five light point in slightly different directions. Other than that, it looks nice and is sturdy.
