Poor service and workmanship

I am so frustrated with this table it was part of a set with wicker chairs. The chairs are great the table is extremely poor constructed. The rim of the table is not flush in places where it meets the table part and the ice bucket sits cockeyed on the table again poor workmanship not welded together properly. I bought the table during the 50% off Memorial Day

I bought the table during the 50% off Memorial Day sale along with some chairs. Table was simple to assemble and when completed seemed very sturdy. The finish on the table top was nice however the "bucket" feature seemed a little flimsy, I had to bend the brackets that holds the thin vinyl liner (not insulated) which was no problem since I really didn't plan on using. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Packaged for Shipment with Damage Table Top

Order, schedule and delivery were on schedule, however the table was delivered with several surface gouges including two that are down to bare metal. The delivery box and cardboard ovals placed over the table top and bottom of the table had no damage marks. It is clear that the table was packaged for shipment already with the surface gouges. This should be covered by the Warranty so I will make a claim and see what happens

Wanted this so bad

First the box was so damaged and beat up when it arrived. The was a scratch underneath, I could work with that. When putting the legs together, the grommet came off....why would you have that???? The quality is not what I thought Allen & Roth were about. I returned and now have to completely rethink my patio dining.

Table not good

Table is terrible quality. The bracket that is supposed to hold the ice bucker/bag was not made correctly. The round table top for the ice bucket did not fit in the hole. there were dents in the metal table top and what looked like corrosion on the metal sides of the table. Returned the entire patio set. Chairs were great though.

Defective item

The umbrella hole does not fit the umbrella correctly. the hole is small and is of metal frame and cannot be expanded. the product had scratches and the frame was having bumps that are hard to ignore

Very frustrating to assemble over an hour

Looks beautiful once assembled spacious with wicker shelve love the hole to hold ice for drinks when having company but bars that hold ice bag doesn’t stay so cannot use ice bag as it falls out!

Nice table, check for slight bend in tabletop fram

Great product it was a little bent during packing or delivery but i didn’t want to go through the haste to return and wait for a replacement.

Great style

This high-top table is a great addition to our back yard. The steel table top is sturdy and the integrated "cooler" is a great accessory.

GARBAGE DONT BUY

This is a piece of trash. The table quality is cheap but the worst part is that it doesn’t even fit together. DO NOT BUY!
